Folding Wheelchairs

For people with reduced mobility, folding wheelchairs are available at the Info Desk.  Médiacité is completely accessible for people with reduced mobility. The centre is fitted with ramps, handicapped toilets and wheelchair and walker-friendly elevators.

Baby Corners

Our baby corners are reserved for babies and their mothers/fathers, and can be found next to the toilets.

Child safety

Being separated, even for a short time, can be distressing for you and your child - especially in a big shopping centre. Médiacité wishes to remedy this situation. If you're a parent, guardian or accompanying children, visit the Information Desk at Médiacité to collect your free wristband and information card. Each wristband has our emergency help number and additional space for you to write a number where you can be reached in case of emergency before attaching it to your child's wrist, making it easier for us to locate the child and reunite you./p>

Kid's Corner La Cité des Kids

An indoor play area of 1000 m² for children aged from 3 to 12.
A 3-D labyrinth with suspended passages, trampolines and slides, ball pools and inflatable castles and many animations will guarantee your children hours of fun in a magical and safe environment.

Tuesday & Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed on Mondays.
School holidays: Everyday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (except on Friday until 9 p.m. & Sunday until 6 p.m.)

Boobaloo’ trolley cars for toddlers

To make the centre even more fun for everyone, we are offering our customers the chance to hire ‘Boobaloo’ trolley cars.
They are safe and practical, and designed for use by toddlers aged 2 to 5. They have a safety belt and a basket to carry shopping.
The 3 hire points are at Parking Mozart: level -1 and -2, and parking Grétry.
The principle is simple: just insert 2 x €2 euro coins: one covers the service for an unlimited period, the other is a deposit that is returned when you bring the ‘Boobaloo’ back to the hire point.
Little ones love them … and grown-ups too!
